Oscar Gutierrez
Structural Engineer: High-Rise & Existing Buildings
Oscar’s focus is structural analysis and rehabilitation for high rise and complex existing buildings, spanning concrete, post-tensioned, and long span steel systems. He brings over 7 years of experience across institutional, healthcare, and transportation projects, including work with a globally recognized structural engineering firm, and is completing a Master’s in Civil Engineering with a structural concentration.
Miguel De Lima
Structural Design Engineer: Steel & Wind Systems
Miguel’s focus is steel structure design and wind load analysis: the calculations that determine whether a structure holds under real world forces. He has led storm shelter design and wind pressure analysis on composite steel and CMU systems, bringing over 5 years of experience and an E.I.T. certification in progress.
Wilkinson Fuentes
Civil Engineer: Infrastructure & Rehabilitation
Wilkinson’s niche is infrastructure rehabilitation at scale: coordinating multi-phase repair programs across dozens of facilities at once, spanning structural, electrical, and drainage systems. He brings over 13 years of experience, with certifications in structural pathology, steel design, and civil works inspection.
Jose Ramon Diaz
Structural Engineer: Pathology & Calculation
Jose specializes in structural pathology: diagnosing the precise cause of a failure, then the calculation that corrects it, across steel and reinforced concrete systems. He brings over 10 years of design and construction experience, with a graduate specialization in structural calculation and a diploma in structural pathology.
Miguel Esparragoza
Sr. Project Manager: Reconstruction & Recovery Programs (FEMA)
Miguel’s specialty is large scale residential reconstruction: leading disaster-recovery programs from damage assessment through final build out. He has overseen more than 160 homes across multiple recovery initiatives, coordinating budgets, contractors, and code compliance across active sites. He holds OSHA 30 and EPA RRP certifications, with a PMP credential in progress.
