Las Olas Grand is a 39-story luxury high-rise condominium where Cura has served as owner’s representative across several discrete capital improvement projects. Each project was scoped, managed, and closed out independently, with the same standard of care applied regardless of size. That work has spanned mechanical infrastructure and resident-facing amenity spaces, each delivered on time and within budget.

Common Area Dehumidification
We managed the swap-out of two 25-ton common area dehumidifiers, completed on time and on budget.
Pool, Spa & Pool Equipment Improvement
We oversaw a full pool, spa, and pool equipment improvement project, completed within one year.
Pool Deck Waterproofing & Landscaping
We managed pool deck planter waterproofing and re-landscaping, completed in four months.
