Renaissance by the Ocean is a 12-story luxury high-rise condominium where Cura has managed critical infrastructure replacement on behalf of the association, protecting the building from the ground up. The work has centered on two of the building’s most consequential systems, drainage and roofing, both essential to the structure’s long-term integrity.
